The Statim 2000S Cassette Autoclave is an S class steriliser meeting EN13060 standards, that proves its effectiveness by biological and mechanical means.
The Statim 2000S will sterilise equipment and jewelry including gold and delicate gemstones between clients in only 8 minutes. Saving time, saving money and prolonging the life of expensive and delicate instruments.
Please note: The Statim cassette autoclave (both 2000S and 5000S) will be delivered with 1 standard cassette, 1 bottle of 57ml STAT-Dri Spray and the Statim-Helix with 20 emulators. External printer or data logger sold separately.
In addition to STATIM, SciCan also features the BRAVO G4 B cycle autoclaves with 17 and 21 Liter chamber s.
The STATIM 2000S boasts an 8-minute cycle and has the added advantage of employing a fully removable chamber so you can aseptically transport a set of freshly sterilized instruments directly to the procedure area.
The STATIM 2000S is fully automatic. Simply select one of the three sterilization programs and with a single touch of the keypad, begin the cycle. An advanced microprocessor controls all functions and maintains optimal sterilization conditions, from start to finish.

Dri-Tec – Convection heat drying technology
The STATIM 2000S uses convection heat to dry instruments by utilizing the remaining heat in the system after the sterilization phase. Heat is captured and released into the cassette, drying wrapped instrument loads in as little as 10 minutes.

Brian founded Piercing Experience in 1992 as a piercer inspired to research and evolve safe body modification and share the results with the community. He is a frequent Association of Professional Piercers contributor ever since the first conference, an active business member since 1996, an educator who has presented many seminars and workshops at conferences all over the world. Former Editor of The Point Journal, former Chair of the Media Committee, International Liaison, Medical Liaison and President, now serving as CIO and Vice President in his fifth term on the board of directors.
Brian celebrates over 30 years of sharing his body art expertise with his clients, colleagues and friends. He specializes in body piercing, safety standards, STATIM autoclaves and HYDRIM automated instrument washers, and is an authorized dealer for the SciCan family of products. He offers expert consultation and training for streamlined workflow for Body Art Professionals. As a long time member of ASTM International and the APP, he develops, interprets and publishes evidence based standards for continual improvement in the field of Body Arts.
